| The Global Data Center is one of the several global businesses that
makes up Honeywell International, a diversified technology and manufacturing
leader, serving customers with Aerospace products and services; Control
technologies; Automotive products; Specialty Chemicals; Fibers and Electronic
Materials. |

A brief chronology for Global Data Center history is below: |

1984
The Global Data Center, a component of Global Navigation Systems, a subsidiary
of Sundstrand Data Control, a division of Sundstrand Corporation, based
in Irvine, California, began testing datalink communication services to
and from corporate aircraft. |
1986
Sundstrand Data control acquired Wulfsberg Electronics and merged it with
Global Navigation Systems, creating Global Wulfsberg Systems. The Global
Data Center officially began service on an annual subscription basis. Berwind
Aviation submitted the first purchase order for AFIS™ services. |
1988
The Global Data Center began providing datalink communication via Inmarsat
satellite. |
1991
Global Wulfsberg Systems moved to Redmond, Washington. |
1993
AlliedSignal acquired Sundstrand Data Control and dissolved Global Wulfsberg
Systems. |
1999
AlliedSignal and Honeywell Inc. announced a merger agreement to create
a global technology company with $25 billion in revenues and technical
and product leadership across a wide range of industries - The new company
is called Honeywell. |
2003
The Global Data Center begins Flight SentinelSM support
services. This offering provides significant time and cost savings for
subscribers by reducing air traffic delays and reroutes. |
2004
The Global Data Center provides service to over 2900 corporate, military,
and government aircraft. |
2005
The Global Data Center moves into a new facility specially designed for the Global Data Center in Redmond, Washington. |
